1st contact - From our first contact with the customer we have fully trained personnel to help in every aspect of their claim: from booking their vehicle in for a repair, helping to fill out the claim forms, collection and delivery from either our site or a site of the customer's convenience.

Recovery Vehicle - A full tilt and slide recovery vehicle is always available for the recovery of customers' vehicles which have been left immobile after an accident.

Courtesy Cars - We also have 20 courtesy vehicles for use by our customers whilst their vehicle is with us for repair. These vehicles range from 3 door hatchbacks and 4 door saloons.
